Against the said order of 2 items, only 1 item delivered. complaint lodged on 8th April both calls & mails too. Reminder mails 3 times post that. Everytime gets response within 2-3 working days issue will be resolved. Almost 12 days past by now. Everytime they say investigation under process as if like CBI investigation. Need quick resolution either despatch the ordered item or arrange refund.
