[Resolved]  V R Films & Studios Limited — Subscribed app not working

I am a paid subscriber of VROTT App. Few days after subscription, I am unable to download any content from VROTT app using wifi or Jio mobile data. Other apps such as Mx Player, Jio Movies, Hot Star are working smoothly and I am able to download content using the same wifi and Jio Mobile data, on the same mobile phone. I installed VROTT app on another mobile and tried to download movie but still there was the same problem. It proves that there is no problem with my mobile phone or internet service. I complained many times on [protected]@vrott.in but they not provided any solution.
