V3 Marketing Services — Fraudulent transaction | |||
My card has been hacked and a transaction has been made online for the amount 7505 on 17th may 2016. Kindly reverse the transaction as I have not made the same and my card has been hacked. I have not authorized this transaction. This is completely fraud and illegal. I have made a police complaint too. Reverse the transaction asap. Please find the enclosed my request no.1-[protected] against fraud transaction 030984.done by V-3 marketing services through www.sabkashop.com according to information received customer care office & as well as from sbi card through message.
Please note that i had lost my credit card on 8th may 2016 in the morning while I was travelling to Delhi. I received a message from sbi card with debit transection of rupees 7500/-.When I contact customer care executive, he advise me to call on Monday or Tuesday for submit complaint regarding this fraud.
I tried to logging on www.sabkashop.com but this site is not a valid site. I tried to contact v3 serveries but not able to contact them too to make enquiry about this fraud purchasing.
So its my humble request to you to please help me out to get my money back because i'll not going to pay even a single penny against this transection which not done by me.
