Vacation Gateways — False promise for sale of vacation package

On 25th of April, 2014, I received a call from one Mr. Rajiv Sinha, who identified himself as belonging to the “Bag it Today” group and informed me that I had won a Special gift of One Laptop and One Blackberry Curve phone. The only condition was that I had to order for a vacation package.

As the person quoted my orders from Bag It Today, I believed him and accordingly made the payment through my Debit Card.

Mr. Rajiv even provided me a cell number and landline number, which made my belief stronger that he indeed did belong to the Bag It today group. The numbers he provided are : [protected] and [protected]

Unfortunately, the gifts which were promised to be delivered within one week have not been sent till now. Whenever I ring up Mr. Rajeev, he simply does not receive my calls. Even if he receives, he keeps on saying that the gifts would be delivered within a week.

It is past 2 months now and I am sure that Vacation Gateways have cheated me with false promises. So long I waited with the belief that maybe I will be getting the gifts. But now the so called Mr. Rajiv Sinha, who informed that he is on leave, has topped picking up my calls altogether.

I appeal to all who have been cheated to come together and file a case against this fraud company, so that they cannot cheat people further.

The mail I received from Vacation gateways on my enquiry, wherein it is clearly stated that I will reciev the gifts absolutely free.
