With reference to the above I have to state as under : I had been contacted by your company for purchase of bunch of items for Rs.15998/- as under : 1) Wallet or Mixer 2) Credit card which is eligible for 30% discount. 3) Apple Tablet Mobile Phone costing Rs.25000/- 4) Cash Vouchers worth Rs.16000/- 5) Free 5 star Holiday package 6) Gift Voucher worth Rs.8000/- 7) Philips LCD TV 22” 8) Couple Wrist watch I was asked that once I place the order I will receive all the above instantly. After my placing order you had taken my credit card pin and debited the amount to my credit card immediately but I did not receive the following items : 1) Apple Tablet Mobile Phone costing Rs.25000/- 2) Philips LCD TV 22” 3) Credit card which is eligible for 30% discount. In view of the above I feel being cheated by your company. After that I called complaining the above and I was called that company representative will contact you. Then Mr. Rajiv Sinha, representing himself as Director, Go India called me by no.[protected] On 26/11/2013 at 11.15 a.m. and assured me that I will get refund of Rs.15598/-in my credit card account for non delivery of above items. After giving me refund in my credit card account they will Debit credit card with Rs.7799/- and Rs.7799/- total Rs.15598/- and send me the goods. He also gave me landline no.[protected]. In fact till today I have not got refund of Rs.15598/- but my credit card account is debited again for Rs.15598/- and still I have not received the goods. My efforts to contact you over mobile phone could not succeed because your mobile phone is switched off. Office land line phone is also not reachable. This means you have cheated me twice once by not crediting the amount of non-delivered items and again by debiting my credit card account and again not delivering the goods. So, I still request you to credit both the amounts i.e.15998/-+15598/-=31596/-to my credit card account failing which I will be compelled to lodge police complaint and you will be solely and fully responsible for the consequences.
