This is another email of fraud. The person who sent me that email said that he will send me that promised laptop and the mobile if we acknowledge his email. He said that he will not be able to mention that in the email because its a mistake from their end and that term 'mutual agreement' in the email states this.
If you could trace the Feb 25th email why cant look into the emails that followed? Also, why should I be asked to pay Rs.7799 again to buy the same holiday package?

I received a call on this a few minutes back. As promised over that call, please refund my amount.
Can I please have an update on when my amount will be refunded?
Hi, I am Abhishek.S. On August 7, a representative & manager (named
Prakash D souza & Ramakrishna) of Vacations Gateway, called me and explained an offer where he
said I have to pay Rs 7799 and ill be given a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and along with it a holiday package .
He asked me to make the payment immediately if I have to avail the offer. I made the payment
after which I asked him for a confirmation on mail regarding my Sony Xperia Z2 tablet. I
purchased it only for theSony Xperia Z2 tablet and was not interested in their
holiday package. He said, they don't mention anything in mail but will
dispatch the Sony Xperia Z2 tablet immediately the next day.
It is over 1 month, I had waited for it but didn't receive it. Then I
dropped a mail to cancel the purchase and asked refund. They are denying
to refund my money now. I have been cheated. Vacations Gateway
representatives do not pick phones now. I have all the recordings of their representatives commitments.
I look forward to getting helped to get my money refunded.

I'm shocked to see that this happens still even after so many complaints.
I'm still fighting out through mails to get my refund. For every mail I get a call saying that they will refund immediately but that never happens. When I email them again asking for the promised refund, some other new person replies saying that amount will not be refunded and there are no such offers. Then I have to again explain the whole story.
Kindly let me know if you get the refund or planning to take any action.
