[Resolved]  Vacations Gateway — Not providing the Hotel accomodation package

Respected Sir, I soon as I lodged my complaint, Vacation Gateway Company person called me on my mobile 2 times at 11.18 pm &11.34 pm on dt.21 /08/2015 & demanded me my ATM card no. to return the amount on my account. And at the same time he enquired me the amount present in my bank account. I told him the amount present in my saving bank account, then he told me that at least Rs.5000 /- should be there in your account. Then & then I will return the paid amount Rs. 8, 549/-.in your bank account. I thought there is something cheating in this talk so I refused to provide my ATM Card no. Then he told me I will not return your amount or hotel accommodation package. You can go anywhere nothing will happen with your complaint.. His mobile no. was 07053584081.So kindly give me justice.
