[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Refund amount not received...

Sir, On dated 22.08.2015 Phone call received from sales department of Vacation Gateway. Mr. Imran was talking with me. he told me that your Last year Unutilised package amount was return to you. so please follow instruction as per my directions. I had followed the Directions as per Mr. Imran's Instruction. and He was doing fraud with us. He was send me the Payment Link instead of Refund Link. and I had made twice payment of Rs.8549.00. Then I immediately Called to Mr. Imran SIr, he was told me that Sir Aap Tension mat lo aap ka paisa return ho jayega 21 days ka cycle hota hai.. aap muz per bharosa rakho n all... Then i had took continuous follow up with sales Department as well as Custmer Care but No response received received from Executive officer. Instead of Giving correct answer they are giving just irresponsible answers to me. Finally i had decided to filed a complaint against Vacation Gateway.

But If you saw i have mailed to your customer care & sales executive for Refund of my amount. and after that Mr. Rohit Sharma called me and told me that Kapilji aap tension na lo, aap ka paisa aapko mil jayega. maine aapki bank details update kar di hai.. Aap sirf mai ek bhej raha hu aap ese acknowledge kar dena.. then he was send me an e-mail as per his instructions i have acknowledge the same. At that time he was also online with us telephone. i had told him i had mention that i ack but i want my amount back. but he was denied me for type this. He was told me that you just ack the mail. that's it. I had trust on him because i want my money back. Muze kya pata tha wo mere sath zuth bol raha hai. In a Last month I had contact to Customer care and talk with Miss. Mamta for the same issue. She was told me that Sir, Your Refund Application not process till date. I have process it today. and she was gave me Refund Request No.[protected] and told me that your amount will be refunded to your account between 22.11.2015 to 30.11.2015. till date don't call to customer care & send any e-mail otherwise your process start again and you have getting delay for get your money back.

Then you told who is responsible for that?? Your Company doing cheating with me. Now i am filed a sue against your company in Court. Not for said amount but harassment of me and other people's like me..

Updated by Kapil Kabra I don't want your package.. Because I had already paid last year Rs. 7599.00 to Vacation gateway and don't utilized this package.
