[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Tour Package Issue | |||||
I have booked a package thru Vacation Gateway in April 2014 amount Rs. 7799/- and i have to use the same within one year. I have given request in March 2015 for booking the hotels. They have assured me that they have received my request and they will book the same, But with continues follow ups till date, they have not refund the money. Request you to kindly get my money back with interest and penalized them for the same. Don't purchase any Hotel deal from this company. They are simply getting the money and not giving any services. this is completely fraud company. Don't trust.
