I had ordered for a handwash dispenser costing Rs.138 through online with a supplier named vaibhav creation on 20th august 2022. Even after 15 days i haven't received my order. Wrote email to them but no response. Tried reaching them over the phone number mentioned in their website but it is switched off. I understood they lure consumers by keeping their price cheaper than others and loot their money. They use only paytm and i think paytm is not worried about their customer KYC. Though the money i lost is very small i am raising it to take action against these fraudsters so that more and more people do not fall prey to them.
