Vaishali Gaikwad — Canara Bank UGC Scholarship Portal Account not opening

I am not able to access my details on the scholars' corner of Canara Bank.

And have tried to call Canara bank UGC but they are unable to resolve it. And they ask me to check with the university Team. And this Canara Bank Bank portal should work. Also, I am not able to reset my password. Kindly help.
