Vaishali Paints Centre, Kolkata — Complaint about the apcolite emulsion

I had placed my order for painting my flat at New Town vude BP No 19181270 on 26.12.20 at a total quotation value of 52000, SA name Prabir Kumar Joydhar, ECA name Md Iftekhar Ahmed. Wall colour was initially selected as PSE which was subsequently requested to be changed to royal shine. In spite of repeated reminders I have not received the revised bill for additional payment of 10, 000 and payment of full amount on 24 02 2021. My order for grill paint has also been handled very carelessly and the concerned person failed to show the apcolite emulsion container with code 4293 special truck brown. I have not received any warranty certificate for my entire work.
