Vajra Cabs — never received any details about driver or cab | |||||
I have booked a cab on sep14th 2017 to dharmasthala and planned for a round trip via sringeri, udupi & kollur and then back to bengaluru. Never received any details regarding cab/driver. I tried to reach them on the mobile number displayed on their website which just disconnects by itself after automated voice message. We have relatives arrived at our home for this planned 4 day trip. Being a long weekend, i cannot even find other service for the trip which was planned all the way till hotel bookings too. This is complete loss for me and waste of time for relatives to come from a very long way. A day before the planned journey when i reached the vajra cabs through online chat option (Which stopped working on the day we have to travel) to assure me that i will get details by 9:00pm before the journey date. But none was provided. For godsake, tell me how to get in touch with vajra cabs either by phone or in person. One of the worst services i have experienced till date.
