[Resolved]  Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — Misrepresentation of Service and Poor Service

I initiated 2 Trademark registrations with Vakilsearch. Their Marketing team of Mr. Farhan immediately got in touch and after a preliminary search confirmed on whatsapp that both registration are available. He then went ahead and sent a link sharing the payment portal details. I made the payment for both Trademark registrations. Nearly 6 months later I started getting the automated service mails from their end that the task was completed. On checking the site I saw there was a link to download my Trademark certificate but this was blank. I followed up with their customer service team and there was no clear response. After nearly 8 months I get a message now that both Trademarks have been objected to and I will need to pay additional sum now to contest this. These charges were never indicated to me initially and came as a total shock. On checking the government portal it was also a surprise that multiple applications on similar trademark were seen under process / objection on the site. The marketing team of Vakilsearch clearly misrepresented to me when they said that the Trademark was available and failed to tell me then that looking at the situation an Objection was expected and it would cost me additionally what kind of amount. I feel cheated with the entire process and the false representation of Vakilsearch. Now despite following up for 15 days for justice they have no clear solution to offer and keep asking for more amount in each offer. I have shared all supporting communication snapshots with them. I would request everyone to never deal with this company. All they care about is taking your money at the first stage when the service is being offered. Their marketing team will talk smooth and collect your money. After that no one cares what happens to your task or the quality of service offered. This is a fraud company which thrives on people's trust and plays with it.
