Holiday package with multiple deals is lured but never fulfilled. Booking a room with these is next to impossible. They keep in dark while making member and many policies comes in place which never been discussed or told despite making us sit for 2-3 hrs. This is a financial crime they are doing to trap innocents middle class who wants to fulfill their small dream of taking their family for holiday.
Respite multiple request rooms are never booked. If they have taken money then by any means they have to fulfill the requirement and can’t say every time that room is not available, no property available etc. else they sud refund entire amount. Was this information helpful? |
