Valorah (karma Resorts And Hospitality) — No reservation for my request

I am 14397...raghavan/
i have requested an accomodation at kodaikanal from 7th april 23 to 9th april 23. but no response. i have made complaints through email but no reply. hwen i contacted through the no..they speak only hindi which icant understand.
very bad attidude by the valorah people
