I (Amit Prajapati) and My wife (Priyanka Prajapati) were invited for dinner and to see the presentation from the company. First company offered me 20 Days & 5 Years of membership at 46000/- Rupees. They took payment of 46000/- Rupees first as part of the process and said that we are providing No Cost EMI, so every month you will get back interest of previous month. They told us that you can go for dinner, meanwhile we will prepare your document. After the dinner they offered us 35 days & 8 Years of membership of 75000/- Rupees and 3 Days Udaipur trip as Enrollment offer. They also promised us to give No Cost EMI on my second Payment of 29000/- also and said that you have to pay only 2500/- EMI every Month for your total 75000/- Transaction. After that when I asked them to provide the list of all 160+ resorts and hotels which they have, they told us that you will get all this in your welcome email.

When I found that they did not provide proper documentation, they gave me wrong calculation of EMI, not mentioning 35 days and 8 years of membership and not mentioning mode of payment, last four digits of credit card and No Cost EMI in provided documentation.
So we reached their Ahmedabad office the very next day (7 Feb 2022 10:45AM) and just 12 hours after signing the Membership Application Form. We went with a "withdrawal application and refund request" but they said there is no refund and cancellation policy. Then I showed them the policy. After reading they said that you are not eligible for a refund because you have done full payment and the company asked me to pay the full amount at once. Then I told that please take the two copies of refund requests, sign and stamp on one of them and give it back to us. After that you can reject our refund request and email us. But they refused to do that.

I have also sent an email regarding this on 7 Feb 2022 with attached the cancel request which they did not accept personally. I have also sent a refund request via courier on 8 Feb 2022. They told us that we got your refund request and we will email you regarding your request, but still I did not get any response yet regarding this refund request.

On 7 Feb 2022, the company provided the contact number of their Sales Head Ronak and he was there where we accepted the offer and made payment on 6 Feb 2022. Ronak promised that he would come and resolve all our concerns on the same day (07 Feb). But first 2 days he told that his wife is in hospital on 3rd day he told that he is free from hospital and resolved my concern and very next day he told that he have family issues and he is in tension. Everyday he was promising that he would come and resolve the issue, but never came to my house. When I have asked his email address, he did not provide on first day, on second day he provided wrong email address then I have informed him and after many messages he provide correct email address after two days. He was talking to me only in WhatsApp chat but he did not pick up the call for 2 minutes.

On 10 Feb 2022, I got a welcome call and asked about a refund request. She told me that you can get a refund within the time period mentioned in the document and then I told her all the things mentioned above.

So we went to the Ahmedabad office on 12 Feb 2022 again and said that I don't have trust now that you will provide us proper service because your executives keep making false promises from the first days and I want a refund now or give me proper reason in written why you cannot give me refund. But they didn't do any of the two.

I got call from Sr. Executive Ali. He said that I have to re-attend the welcome call properly otherwise my membership will be canceled and my amount is not refundable. So I will neither get membership nor my money. Then I said that first I will go to consumer court then if consumer court will tell me that I am not eligible for refund then I will re-attend a welcome call.

I have the following concerns.
Why are they denying me a refund if it is mentioned that members can withdraw my application form within 2 calendar days and get their down payment?
They promised us 8 Years of membership but they are now providing 5 years of membership.
They promised us that you are the owner for 35 days and you can use those days as per your wish within 8 years but now they are providing 7 Days each year.
They promised us that we are giving No Cost EMI on your HDFC credit card payment but now I will have to pay interest too as per discussion with HDFC credit card department
They calculated and said that you have to pay only 2500/- EMI every month but now as per HDFC Credit Card Department I have to pay more than 4000/- EMI, which will disturb my planning.
Ronak (Sales Manager Head) promised verbally that he will pay my interest if I have to pay more than 75000/- and if there is No Cost EMI, while I went to the office on 7 Feb, 2022, but he didn't agree to give me it in writing or email.
They said that 160+ Hotels were registered but they did not provide a full list and did not get the same welcome email as they were told and not available on their website.
I am not getting a reply to my email within 48 hours.
Company's sales person told me that I will call back to you but not get any call back.

So, now I want the company to refund the full amount + Interest + EMI Charges + Taxes which I have to pay HDFC bank as I am not satisfied with the services and don't want to continue.
