Van Heusen — Money deducted but order not processed

Made maybe the for an order placed on Van Heusen official site, order did not get processed but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Wrote multiple emails to their customer care number but there was no response to emails and the amount is still not refunded. Pathetic customer care support from Van Heusen
