I (Mithlesh kumar) had applied for duplicate pan card and paid all fee and post all relevant documents as well. But unfortunately when i check the status of my application, your site shows your application has been failed, why? I don't know, in this regard i wrote several mails to you but their is no response.

Therefore, i request to you kindly suggest how can i resolve or got my pan card.
