Varadharaja Theatre, Chitlapakkam, Chennai — Staffs rude behavior when we asked for baby seat for my 5 yr kid.

Last week we went to this thetre, my son is 5 years old and as per the rule we bought a seperate ticket. We asked the person who is collecting the ticket in front of gate for the baby seat.. He responded that baby seat is not available in this theatre. I asked if baby seat is not there then why you are asking to buy tickets for children... He asked me to discuss this with the manager.. When i checked with the manager, he said we have baby seat and he gave me one..
Yesterday we visited the same thertre and i directly asked the manager for the baby seat.. Our show timing was at 9.30pm and we reached there by 9.15 itself.. He said, you come after the movie starts i will provide you the baby seat.. Again at 9.30, i went outside and asked for the baby seat.. But he said no baby seats available.. I saw few families standing outside becasue their kid was just 3 years and they didn't buy a seperate ticket and the manager asked them to buy tickets for 3 yr kid. My question is :

If they are strictly collecting the tickects for all kids 3years and above they should ensure they are giving the baby seat..
Also, the employees in varadharaja theatre doesn't know how to treat people, especially the manager and the ticket collector, they think that we are going there for free of cost.
The management should teach them how to behave with customers.
