12270 Duranto Express one of the prestigious train from Nizamudin (2nd June starting) to Chennai is running with out Air conditioner working. In coach AB1 "AC" not working on complaining to attendants in train there is no response.People are becoming violent because they have their families with them who are suffering from heat and many passengers are also patient.Government has increased the Service Tax from 12.36 to 14 % but service are getting deteriorated, IS THIS THE ACCHE DIN OF INDIA, "GOD SAVE US FROM THESE ACCHE DIN", increase tax and lower the quality.Who will be responsible for the passengers getting trouble from heat.
