[Resolved] Varun Motors — Car Delivery Delay and False Promises | |
I have booked Ertiga RED color ZXI AT version on 14th of Dec 2020!! Sales person agreed for delivery on 6th Feb 2021(7 weeks from booking). However NOW when I am checking with sales and dealer - They are NOT responding and making false statements. As a customer of MARUTI when I call customer care they say... cant help it please work with dealer only. Does this mean MARUTI gives more value to dealer than of customer?? As a customer what support and value Indian Govt is providing us in this regard?? Was this information helpful? | |
