This feedback is to show my frustation on the management and towards the Doctor's in one of your hospitals in trichy.
Everybody in the hospital are very lazy including the Doctor's. The people in the reception are not friendly. They are always saying stupdit reasons on everything. Everytime we will go to the hospital on or before the appointment time but still we have to wait 30 minutes or 1 hour for the Doctor to see.Sometimes we have to wait more than that.
My mother needed crown.They put a temporary crown on may 5th but it was broken three times. I asked them for an appointment but they are telling you only have review on july15th and the crown will be placed only after 3 months.
I please recommended you to take necessary action otherwise i will take it to another level. Most of the patients are disappointed with treatment and frustrated with management staffs. Was this information helpful? |
