Vasan Eye Care Hospital — Faulty frame | |||||
I had purchased a frame with lenses vide your invoice co. HR001/15/IN/391471 dt. 21.09.2015 from Vasan Eye Care Hospital, Iffco Chowk, Gurgaon branch . Within few months the frame was broken was submitted to the branch for replacement on 02.02.2016 . No reply was received from their side, after 2 months when I enquired about the status, that we don't have stock . I was told to collect the refund within 15 days . After 20-25 days when I visited the showroom & was met by Mr. Kumud (Mobile Number - [protected]), who told for another 15 days time for refund. No reply or phone call is received from their side . Now, I had made several visits, but the place is closed. Kindly send my refund for an amount of Rs. 4100/- . Kindly contact at [protected] (Suraj Gupta) for any clarifications. I am selvaraj and my Uid no. 8637 since from 2012 myself and my family visiting vasan eye care(ambattur) for regular check up, 1st the service was good but later it is very bad not at all satisfied, yesterday i went to vasan eye care (ambattur) along with my d/o( uid no.3240) for her regular check up they have not provided the consultation fees receipt and they are not accepting credit card for paying consultation fees.I am unhappy with vasan eye care ambattur branch.
