Vatika Group — non delivery of flats

I had booked a flat through investors clinic. Even after expiry of 60 months nothing has been done on the site. When asked about the progress on the project - delayed is the reply. Now the company wants me to take other flats at different locations. Even investors clinic can not do anything. It seems both of them r together and does not want it to be resolved. I have transfer money 26 aug 2017 2200 rupees ...but my money is not sent and balance deduction is done by hdfc...i want my money return in my account please do some action fast...because i have file complain many time at hdfc customer care number but no action and call by care representative..
