Hi, I bought a flat in Vatika India next (sec-82) through re-sale & have already invested a lot of money in this & it's been more than 3 years now. SInce there no conclusive response from Vatika on construction. I am thinking to take a legal action against them. Could anyone please let me know if someone has already filed a complaint against Vatika. Is there any group or association who have been affected.?
