Vatika Limited — Vatika City Homes - False Promises

I booked a flat in Vatika City Homes at the time of the launch of the project. They increased the base price of the flat and also increased the number of floors and moreover there is no commitment of giving the possession till date. I have the below mentioend complaints against them 1. At the time of initial booking it was told that it will be a G + 3 floors which they have now increased to G + 8 floors. I was assured of the same through email that the flat/tower allocate to me has G + 3 floors 2. They committed in email that they will give possession by 2010 but till date there is no clue when the possession will happen. Looking for a way to resolve the above concerns as they are not fulfilling their promisse and taking thier customers for a ride Please advice a way forward and will like to know if there is any association or a legal action on this Thanks Parul [protected]@gmail.com
