Worst experience with VCare. I recently visited it to find out if there is any vitamin deficiency as I was having hair fall. They tested the scalp and I paid for it. Later they suggested some treatment which costs Rs. 28000. I told them to give me some time to think about it. They used some discount tricks and got paid Rs.4000 by me for the treatment that they are going to provide. The next day I called them to tell them that I'm not interested to go for the treatment and asked for a refund. Now they are denying to refund. I have been calling customer care, but they are not responding at all. It's been 10 days now. They should rename it to Vdon'tCare. Was this information helpful? |
