I have order designer suit vide order no 89207.But a torn saree was shiped. I had make a complaint.The refund request was made vide id [protected] dated 15/02/2019.No action has been taken till date. You are requested do do the needfull as soon as possible other wise I have take other action(Court).I have call your call center two time.They have send the massage that they will call back.But no call has been received till date.Now please guide us what to do now.This is for your information and necessary action.
