Veerzara.in — fraud product

I ordered a lehenga from veerzara online. The order number was #9823. Product name veerzara limited edition lehenga 1,,,. I received a totally damaged piece.. It's a poor cloth used saree which i have received. & now i am unable to contact the seller. The site doesn't have any address or contact no. Even the refund order is not getting placed. I paid rs. 1618/-. Please lodge my complaint & try to make them pay me on my paytm wallet with my registered mobile no as [protected]
