Dear sir/madam,
I, jyoti a tapkire from kolhapur maharashtra, had booked a kurtis and dress via veerzara.in on date 18/2/2019 and my order no is 99920. But i received a 3rd class saree on date 25/2/2018. Then i tried to return this parcel. I go to the website and i completed all formalities. Then a massage reflect on screen that his executive will contact me with in 3-4 working day. But no one contact me. Then i call on his customer care number and and choose return option then a computerized voice tell me that his executive will contact me with in 3-4 working days and i received a request id - [protected]. I also sent a mail but my mail unable... Was this information helpful? | 
Even I hv also tried calling customer care they are not responding to any of the calls.. neither the money is initiated..
Fraud n Fake company it is...

Biller ID is same of every customer as it mine too 9823..
