Veet — product

The product i got is defective... It is not working nd the name of the company i. E. Veet is not written on the product... The name is only written on the packet of it... I asked for return as well but the person who came for pickup denied to take it as there is no name on the product... I want it to return back nd to get my refund... I wud request you to take this product back... Nd refund my money asap.
