Velopsys Technologies — Fraud company | No salary | Hire students dont give appointment letter and stipend and fire without any reason after they get the money

Velopsys Technologies is a complete fraud and cheat company. The directors are all cheat past experience from Manthan Technologies, none of them even have good command in any field, all are having 1 to 2 years of experience pass outs of 2014 and 2013 and fool students by saying they have 6 to 7 years of experience(how can a person have 6 years of experience if he/she is a pass-out of 2014 or 2013).Job opening they offer software developer, software testing, embedded developer, .net developer everything you can think of till you are ready to pay them etc. All the things and resources in company like PC, printer, chairs, tables are of rent, they use unauthorized/pirated operating system and software's of windows and other brands ( people often come and take the systems saying rent is not paid ). Things they will Commit/Do Fraud on/Falsify The Truth: 1) Salary of 15, 000 Rs after end of 3 months training, which has never happened to any students of that company (they are actually taking 15000 from students only). 2) Will commit you during joining to give you up-to 15000 or 10000 from first month (they give 2000 Rs and only to 2 or 3 students of the whole batch of 25 students on an average) good student dont join this company because the smart ones are not so easily fooled and they actually hire every student who will pay them even if the person is not capable for that profile because in the end Velopsys won't provide anything. 3) HR does not give appointment letter even you keep asking after depositing the training fees, many students who were actually very good did not get even after 3 months after joining. 4) Trainers are incapable to teach they don't even have complete knowledge about the subject. 5) You will get offer letter, emails for interview and various other important mails from mail id and name of people who actually do not exist and do not work in company like: richa ([protected]@velopsys.com), Nancy([protected]@velopsys.com) etc 6) Name of fraud directors Pankaj Awadh (so called CEO went missing after 10 or more days, directors said he left the company such a unstable company where ceo is not having any value we came to know from sources that even he was not paid ), Amit Chivate (Testing director 8 months experience in Qa Infotech - 2014 pass-out and claim to have over 6 years of experience), Sunil Rathore Marketing director and does not have projects to give to students), Senha Singh Hr Head and money maker (wife of Sunil Rathore), Fatima hr department all she does is keep fooling students when they ask for appointment letters and salary, Pawan Singh trainer development( they all are friends and cheating the students together you can find for yourself their brief history). 7) Never ever trust to their commitments they fool the students, hire students take money from them and fire from first month giving useless reasons. 8) They close the company after every 3 to 4 months for some time to make sure the students who join leave the company because of being hopeless of no job and then reopen to hire new students and take money in name of training and keep their dirty business going and ruining hundreds of student’s career. 9) Will only give you a single sheet offer letter on the day of joining stating your designation and training fees which is non-refundable at any cost and all their useless conditions you have to follow. 10) Please do not pay them anything or you will be stuck for sure (if you do not want to waste 8 to 10 lacs or even more during your study from reputed engineering college rethink before joining this company). Their strategy to earn money Testing department 25 students *15000=3, 75000 rs + Development same 25*15000 =3, 75000 rs +embedded +.net + etc on a rough estimate they make around 12 to 14 lacs for 3 months pay little rent of office because nothing is owned and keep the students for max 3 months and fire them, now i hope you are smart enough to understand who is in profit and why they do it (the filthiest strategy to earn money by ruining students career and life, karma will surely pay for your deeds Velopsys technologies masterminds because when it brings you down you will never get up). I have heard they have started their hiring again please beware. Please Note : If you want to save your career and life do not join this company instead keep trying work hard and try other places outside it will be beneficial. I request the moderators of consumer forum to please take action against this company by doing audit and following your process to check if my points are genuine about the company, please visit the company and ask the students who are stuck there or hundreds of students will be fooled and their careers stake is in your hands.
