Vencent Freelancing Services — Asking me to pay amount

This company provided me the project and now when i submitted the project they are asking me to pay the registeration amount which is totally fraud. They said i didn't complete my work to the accuracy of 90% and asking me to pay irrelevant amount.
When i refised then they sent me the court notice that my case has been registered using email a.[protected]@yahoo.com
