Vendexa Products — I got fake product and another one was having seal open

I had ordered "Biotin Hair Growth Serum. All Natural DHT Blocker" from this company. It showed me an advertisemet under Ayurveda Pro. I have attached screenshot of this ad which I saw on facebook
I have 2 complaints:
1. Hair oil does not look genuine.The bottle looks local and fake Not how it should have been. The size of dropper is smaller than shown in the advertisement. The spellings of blocker in "All Natural DHT Blocker" is misspelt as Blocer
2. Its seal of the bottle's cap was already broken when i opened the package.
I tried calling their numberbut it was either saying not reachable or switched off or busy. [protected]. Even the delivery boy was very rude when i asked him to wait while i check the product but he did not give me time. It got delivered via Shiprocket.
I ordered it on 7th August and got it delivered on 11th August. ORDER #4138524APRO
