I have hdfccc reference above subject, every month you are deducting mobile recharge to [protected] number as a standing instruction. But, i didn't give any instruction to you. Hence, i request you to stop mobile recharge (Smart pay) rs.110/- immediately. I don't give any standing instructions to you. What amount you have transferred by you is with bsnl.
So, remove to smart pay option to bsnl.
