I wanted a good powerpoint slide and a professional resume. I gave them enough of time as promised for the delivery aswell. When i ask them about the delay at 21.00 hrs i get answers that there is still time we will provide it to you by midnight. The resume quality is very bad. I had to find a new resume writer. The added details of a different industry which i never even informed them to do. After all i lost my money the job offer and also my time. People at venus resumes are very rude and sarcastic aswell.
