My payment for "special reading glasses buy one get one free" at venzostore.com (https://venzostore.com/products/copy-of-special-reading-glasses), order number #3364 dated July 30, 2023, was Rs 799. It was delivered on August 3rd, 2023.
However, they tricked me by giving me a single item in place of two, and they also supplied a product of very bad quality.
Please file a complaint, take the appropriate action to punish the perpetrators of this fraud, and assist me in receiving my reimbursement. Both of their email addresses ("[protected]@venzostore.com, " "[protected]@venzostore.com") are also inoperative.
