Complaint: the AC was not working and the luggage was not kept carefully. And when I asked the staff to provide the basic services like washroom and vomiting, the response was not proper and satisfying and there where cockroaches everywhere in the bus. After completing the ride I went to the offline office of Verma travels (mentioned above) then the bus staff and the office staff were abusing and threatening to beat me and kill me.
Kindly look into the matter and punish the staff with as much hard as possible punishment.
