Vespa — No after sales service

My sister Ms, sreena purchased vespa lx 125 sooter from m/skoyasscoobikes, kozhikkode, kerala.and now under stood that this sales outllet is closed by the company.The scooter is having lot of complaints and on enquiry through company"s toll free no advised us to sent the vehicle to other service centers which are more than 200 km away.As more customers are waiting for servicing etc.I requisted to arrange a camp service at kannur, (kerala) as we are residing here.But so far no action is taken by company
