I purchased my VESPA vehicle on the Month of April 2023 & gave for 1st Free service . After then, I keep on getting multiple complaints on this . Its purely based on service related & their team no proper response from Service manager side they seems to be harsh & rude if we ask for any queries. Now my problem is within 3months duration they are asking to replace the battery from a new vehicle saying that battery got drained out completely. After my investigation i found that my battery number inside the vehicle is different from the one which they entered in the system. Its purely a kind of cheating but they are not ready to disclose the information about the battery. Kindly take some action on this to get this issue resolved.
