We purchased Vespa model VXL -125 2020 Jan TN 66AD 2437 from PV Motors-Coimbatore, after 6 months Fuel meter malfunction started still not working properly.
I gave my vehicle for General service / vibration, noise from front side on[protected] at PV Motors, Coimbatore and they took 3 days, while taking out from the service I faced the same problem and asked the service people about it, they said that they have serviced for clutch parts etc., and asked me to pay a bill for Rs. 4178. i asked them about the vibration and noise from the front side they were like " is this the problem for which you had left the Scooter for service ! " and said that some parts are not available in store and had to buy or replace it without even checking it. Due to unavailability of proper tools they used hard tools like hammer and screw drivers for hitting the parts and said that the issue is resolved and asked the client itself to test drive, without even test driving the Vespa Scooter. After the Service I again faced a new problem. The Handle bar got tighter making it unable to drive normally, now I am afraid of driving my Vespa in the road due to vibration, handle bar tightness and lack of Control.
ie., (A person went to a Hospital for one particular problem may be Heart problem, but the doctor without even checking the patient and did a kidney Surgery to the patient, if the patient face a problem again, how would he take further treatment in same hospital ??? what are they going to do for it …..?????? )
During Last service, the Service person forced to take the AMC to get a good service and more discounts for spare parts. Presently my vehicle is under AMC, with a problem of fuel meter showing wrong readings ie., Meter showing fuel full when there is no fuel left in the tank. Because of this i had to push my scooter several kilometers for refilling the fuel. As the people in the service Centre keep on changing, they are postponing the pending meter replacement work to the next service day, despite asking them to replace the fuel meter. They say that the present and new fuel meter is also a failure model and it is a manufacturing defect, trying to drag the service a lot of times.
Only one person named Vivek approached me and asked about my problem. yet, my problem hasn't got resolved! I had a Worst experience with the Service and company.
I am unsatisfied with your service providers and the company and i need a permanent Solution for my problem. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
