I had purchased Vespa vxl 125 on the December of 2021 and it's been a little more than a year since purchase. I have been facing mileage issues already and all of a sudden the vehicle was not functional. I had approached the dealer in my area(kumbakonam) and they promised to said a mechanic to check upon the issue which never happened. They said it could be *Fuel pump* issue even without checking and routed me to talk to various other persons from the company as i had purchased the vehicle from a different dealer and now the ownership has changed. We had checked upon the vehicle with a local mechanic and found it to be a battery issue and we were able to start the vehicle by kick starting it. Hence i drove the vehicle myself today to the showroom and i had the worst customer service with the lady in the showroom.
She was so irresponsible in handling the matter and spoke to me in a rude tone. She asked me to take the vehicle to *Thanjavur* which is like 50 kms apart and get it checked!! She speaks as if she is doing me a favour. After all it's their responsibility to check upon customer complaints. I am totally disappointed with ur customer service and i would want the company to address my concerns and take necessary action!! We are paying so much to buy a Vespa and this is not an expected way of handling. Was this information helpful? |
