In 1986 we bought land in Loni, Ghaziabad district... after sometime builder told us that govt has acquired land so you will be giving compensation of 8000 which was less than our purchased price. Then we denied to take money and they acquire our land. Last month I went Loni for official work there I saw govt has not acquired any land there... people are living there... as I saw people even dnt no what is their house number I got to know this When I was searching for my land. Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness? .
