Hi, I am an existing customer in VGN bloom plot no - 41. We completed our registration on September 2022, then I got patta copy after few months of registration. My husband is working in our of station, I am having new born infant in my hand, it's not possible for me to approach the VGN office directly. In my patta copy there is a mistake in East side is - 12.7 and west 12.8 is the measurement but in patta manual drawing is wrong in that they have mentioned both sides with 12.8 as per the document it's wrong. So many times I reached the concerned person to rectify the mistake but the staff is telling silly reasons.
My question is though VGN service is perfect, u will be charging each and everything...For this patta you charged 20K . If I approached directly means it's 10K only. But still I don't have proper man power, we are ok with the VGN package. But when the mistake is happenes means it's also your responsibility to rectify it.
I contacted the concerned person more than a month, but i didn't get any solution. Even she didn't opened my messages also. I will attach the screenshot below. I call her she asked me to text in WhatsApp, but she never opened it. I told her many times my partner is in our of station, I am having 2 month girl baby and we are going for plan approval for the past 3 months.
I need a solution for my issues. Or return my 20K I will directly contact the tasildar office.
I have attached the mistake patta copy with the reference of my document and chat with VGN staff.
