Vgn Projects Estates — Vgn Stafford Oblock

My flat was handed over on 20 May 23 and till now the ground floor is not cleaned up from rug pieces and construction materials, how can one shift to the apartment. Neither the eb connection is done nor the car parking alloted . I am conducting a function on Sunday's with many people coming this is the condition vgn want to show case to all . One and half year delay charges were also denied saying we have given for customisation, which was given before the foundation, which made them delayed.
