My name is Shivaan Lalwani and I had purchased a VGR trimmer on 13 feb 2022 and in a matter of 2 days it stopped working. We got it replaced and now the replaced product too stopped working in a couple of months. As it was under 1 year warranty, we raised a complaint with VGR corporate office and sent the defective product to them at Thane address on 18th July 2022. It has been a month now and we have still not got the product back yet. It seems the product is not serviceable and as per policy should be replaced with a new one. Need to know if there is a timeline on repairs as cannot keep waiting this long. Was this information helpful? |
