Via Bangalore — Denied refund of Malaysian airlines booking even though the cancellation was done prior 72 hours

Hi,
I had booked a ticket from Penang to Bangalore via Kula lampur. The flight is scheduled on 7th May. The booking PNR number is X6EN8.

While booking the flight ticket, it was clearly mentioned that it was refundable.

But now while cancelling it 72hrs before departure I am being told it is non refundable.

Pls look into this as its unjustified.

This company cheeted me i paied Rs.8000 for 3 nights trip. they gave all documentation. but company not responding anything.. now no email no phone calls or they closed the old office.. not sure how to catch them.
