I’m writing this letter to request you that on 23 mar 2020 i have booked indigo flight 6e 289 from delhi (Del) to chandigarh (Ixc) for 24 mar 2020, 08:40 pm to 09:40 pm, pnr gh73wc, amount paid 3, 429 (Three thousand four hundred twenty nine only)

But with in 2 hrs i received text message that flight have been cancelled due to operational reasons. Many times i have tried with indigo also they are saying that they have trasferred the money to concerned agency that is via.com and i have tried many times your customer care number which is given on text messages which i have received after booking. It’s been almost 3 months for incident. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.
