Via Bangalore — refund cancelled ticket

I had cancelled a ticket from dubai to cochin pnr no tgozpd (Copy attached).
The above ticket cancelled on 29 nov 17. Since the refund amount not credited in my account. Please do needful action to refund the amount as early as possible.
